CLS will hold its annual members meeting for 2011 on Saturday June 18th,
at 112 Main Street, Union, NH -- if it's nice weather we'll have the BBQ running!
Pot Luck  starts at 5PM, followed by:

Members meeting (come join!)
& 
Board of Directors meeting

Agenda includes:
- election of board members by members
-review of past budget & approval of new budget
-discussion of bingo venue
-any new business members wish to discuss 

 CLS held its annual members' meeting, followed by its (newly elected) board meeting, on January 30, 2010.  We started with our traditional winter Pot Luck Supper at 5PM, followed sequentially by the members' meeting at 6:15PM and the Board meeting thereafter.

On January 16th, 2009 several interested CLS members showed up for the annual pot luck supper and board meeting.  A new board of directors was elected consisting of old board members Tim Hall, Ruth Hall, Jeannette Haney, and Diane Ross, and new board members Attorney Stan Hawthorne, Bill Lotz, Don King, and Melinda Haney.  Tim Hall was elected Director, with Ruth Hall as Supervising Attorney and Jill King as Treasurer.  With the new board of eight, containing six unrelated members, CLS has now completed the registration process with the NH Attorney General's office.

April 2011 : Community Legal Services inc is establishing a fund in memory of two CLS members: Diane Sinapius-Ross and Marily Prior. This fund is dedicated to the provision of free legal services at selected CLS clinic sites.

September 2011
The CLS Board met on 09/17/2011 and suspended the bingo fund raising effort. This method of raising funds will be re-evaluated in 2012.
